A
Little About Our Farm
Our farm
is located outside of El Dorado Springs Missouri. We raise only
quality horses. We have many horses to choose from. Stallions,
broodmares, yearlings, two, three, four, year olds. Great
Homozygous stallions. Most of our horses are young and are not broke to ride. A
few have been worked lightly in our training program. All horse young or old are very
people orientated. Great dispositions in all. All our foals
are imprinted at birth. We let them run and grow in our
pasture. This gives us the best results. They mature
well with stronger bones and less illness. All horses are on a
worming program. They receive yearly shots. If you would like
to know more about this go to our Vaccination page.
Our Lease
program works like this:
-
Our
program works within a
150 mile radius of El Dorado Springs Missouri.
Our policy requires all rental horses to be delivered by us to your home.
We have to charge a fee because of rising fuel costs.
-
Delivery
cost is $75, this covers Springfield-Joplin areas. The further away
the more the cost. Most all will be this price.
-
The
horse has to be insured which cost you $15.00 or $20 per month
depending on the horse you choose. You
must keep the horse insured while you are renting.
-
The
date you sign this Lease agreement is the date your rent is due every
month.
-
There
is a fee of $5.00 for any rent that is not in my office by its due
date.
-
Prices
start at $400 and go up from there.
-
We have
one program that starts with
$250
down and $50
a month for 10
months. Then you have the option to purchase the horse for
$50.
-
The
more expensive horses can range from
$300
down to $450
down. It depends on the horse and bloodlines.
-
The
$300
down & $75
a month is for 15
months. Then you have the option to purchase the horse for $75.
-
The
$450
down & $85
a month is for
29
months. This is for the
$3,000
horses. Then you have the option to purchase the horse for
$85.
All these horses are sold at this time.
-
We have
Registered Paints (APHA) & Quarters (AQHA).
-
While
the horse is on this program, you can not breed any mares -- geld or
breed any stallion, until lease is over.
-
I can only
sign one horse at a time on our Lease program.
